We want you to love your NutriBullet products; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and components to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the NutriBullet unit and all accessories back into the original box, ensuring the product is clean and securely padded for transport.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
