- A. Extract is the process of extracting maximum nutrition from fresh fruits and vegetables in your Magic Bullet. The blades are designed specifically for nutrient extraction – to break down fruits and vegetables into a nutrient rich smoothie.

- A. The Magic Bullet cup and pitcher are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material.

- A. The seals in the blade attachment are considered to be a non-removable component and cannot be individually replaced. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

- A. We recommend cleaning the attachment under lukewarm water. Please ensure the seal is not removed from the blade attachment when cleaning.

- A. Unfortunately the blades cannot be washed in the dishwasher. The exposure to hot water will cause the seal to become damaged. The cups can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher.

- A. The nutribullet comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase, with the place of purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with your nutribullet and the warranty has ended, please contact our customer service team.

- A. It may be that the seal within the blade attachment has dislodged from its position or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss this further.
